Work on truly integrating PE and RE.
Synchronizing data does not equal integrated. Sales people can't see donor levels, development people can't see ticket sales. The deceased information doesn't synch, actions, relationships, etc. Right now it's a square peg in a round hole setup and it's pretty clunky.

Allow PE to exchange tickets that have been bought with coupon ID or with a package.
Right now the only way we can exchange tickets is to return the money (either to the original payment method or to voucher). This is a clunky process and makes it hard for us to accurately track money on reports.

We are evaluating the level of development effort for this change, as it impacts a large portion of the software, the shopping cart. We also have to consider how the discount is applied across the items in the basket.

Provide the ability to send schedule reports to agents
It will be greatt for venues who sell tickets for agents to have the ability to automatically have daily shows and events sales automatically emailed to the agents at a specic time or day.

The ability to define advanced communcation options and schedule workflow tasks such as reports is under review for our next generation solutions.
Within the current solution, similar functionality can be accomplished through a scheduled task associated with a custom report.

Make Patron Edge Online design features easier to use.
Trying to reconfigure the appearance of the PEO screens is not very intuitive. Often Blackbaud Support or specialists are required to make even minor changes.

Offer a seating plan for subscription tickets
The idea of having a prepaid Waiting Lists for subscription sales needs a major overhaul. Online sales should be fast should need no confirmation in PE. A seating plan for Reserved Seating for series tickets should be displayed as in PE when the Events button is clicked.

Implement the sale of gifts of membership and tributes in PEO/PE
We receive a lot of revenue via gifts of membership (1 record/household purchasing a membership for another record/household) and tributes (in memory/in honor of). The gift recipient/tribute recipient data would not need to link to a record (just the purchaser) but be retrievable data - xtra data fields

Add membership upgrade capabilites online.
Allow members to not only renew their membership, but upgrade them. Not being able to upgrade a membership defeats the whole purpose of selling memberships online.

Provide Ability to View and Edit Order Type Details
Order Type Details provides a lot of flexibilty for capturing information. The drawback is that once the information is entered it is only accessible through reporting. The ability to view and edit the information (ie child's name for camp --- the ticket holder is the adult member)would increase the usability. Currently, a report needs to be run to see the information. If the information needs to be updated, the entire order must be cancelled, and a new order created with the corrected information.

Allow PE to accept coupons on tickets with membership benefits attached
We currently offer a 20% discount off the total ticket price for members if they purchase three qualifying performances. Members cannot get this discount online because tickets with membership benefits cannot be further discounted. They have to call the box office because we have to sell tickets to them using a seperate price type that is set up specifically to let them get this extra discount. If we could just add a coupon to tickets with member benefits, they could purchase them online with a coupon code.

This will be included in the next release. The functionality will allow for one coupon to be used with one membership benefit.

Change "Copy Event Data" Function
Currently if you use the “copy event data” function it copies the specified data to ALL events regardless of the show. Add a drop down box to select a specific show when using the "copy event data" function When a show is selected from the drop down box, only events part of this show should be affected.

have PE CRM fields integrate with PEO
currently only a limited number of fields link between the two. the extra data fields in PE though could be very well used as part of an online registration form. allowing for capture of school or organization names, vegetarian/dietary needs, physical disability needs, etc

allow for creation of events after event date has passed.
Sometimes work processes dont always allow for timely advance entry and during end of the month close outs events and attendance for dates that have already passed need to be entered in order for complete attendance reports. Currently PE is not the main source for reporting because of this huge limitation.

be able to set an account per price type within a price list or event
We have a need to have buttons on our daily sales screen, but need the revenue from those buttons to go to a different department than the main event. It would be nice to allow the price types even within a certain show to be assigned an account that's different than the other price types in that show.
